• No guarantee is made that your site will actually be included in the directories listed by this site (hereafter called "Listed Directories"), only that it will be submitted.
• Your e-mail address will be used in the registration process of the submissions and we take no responsibility in future unwanted e-mails you may get, but we do not give it to any OTHER third party.
• There is no time specification when the listings in the directories will occur as that depends on the third party Listed Directories.
• By using our service you automatically agree to the terms and conditions and or any other agreements by the Listed Directories when we submit your site.
• The Service is not refundable.
• Once we receive your payment your job will be placed in a submission que and we will inform you an estimate on when it will be completed. Once it is completed you will receive a full report.
• The Service will use the data submitted by you in the registration form and no responsibility is taken by us wether or not this data is correct or true or not.
