Please Check URL that is it in correct format.
Remove any special characters. For Example if you are searching for "50% Discount" then correct format is "50% Discount" or "50%25%20Discount" but "50%%20Discount" is not good format because % sign is repeating two times. So check url or search your string with below search form.
